Drain active pool leases and reset the coordinator.
agb pool drain safely drains active quota-pool leases and resets the shared pool coordinator.
Synopsis
agb pool drain [repo]Safely drain active leases and reset coordinator.
This command takes no flags.
Behavior
drain is the only subcommand; anything else exits 1 with a usage message. repo defaults to the current directory. The result is printed as JSON and the command exits 0 (pool dispatch). Draining first marks the shared state DRAINING under the pool lock (drainPools).
