agb validate
Validate a plan file without running anything.
agb validate runs the plan checks that agb run and agb preflight run before doing any work, and nothing else. The plan defaults to plan.json.

agb validate <plan>Validate a plan file without running anything.
This command takes no flags.
Behavior
The plan is checked with validatePlan from lib/plan.mjs, which includes the cross-ticket and routability checks (loadPlan). The rules are listed in Plan schema.
Exit codes
| Code | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 0 | Prints plan valid. |
| 2 | The plan is invalid; errors are printed to stderr (C10). |
| 1 | The file cannot be read or parsed. |
Note that agb run exits 1, not 2, for the same invalid plan.
